Saddle up pardners and dust off those spurs as we head for a whip-cracking, high-stepping Wild West hoedown. Nestled within the boomtown setting of the old West, amongst the cacti and mountains, we will be quick on the draw to ensure the saloon girls and gunslingers in your party have a really wild time.
Dig out those jeans and checked shirts and we’re ready to party. See y’all soon!
As you step into ‘The Saloon’ your dining tables and chairs will be themed to create an instant authentic Wild West atmosphere. The tables will be draped in black velvet linen and gingham check over cloths. Red charger plates at each place setting will further enhance the theme. Dining chairs will be draped in black velvet linen with gingham neckerchief chair tiebacks. On each table there will be a stunning floral cactus centrepiece with an attached bouquet of balloons floating directly above. Each individual place setting will have a black cowboy or cowgirl hat for your guests to wear.
To further enhance the theming a Wild West backdrop will form the focal point partnered by a selection of western props selected from: a mock ‘chuck’ wagon, giant cacti, totem poles and an Indian tepee.
